Mount Mary Interior Design students take a field trip to Olive!
About 15 students and chairperson, Pamm Steffen, visited Olive for about an hour to discuss sustainable building and design practices. Store owner, Michael Katarincic and store designer, Lyn Falk (Solterra Studios), told the students how they took the time and money to ensure that Olive would not only be a beautiful space, but one that is also as eco-friendly as possible. Pamm commented that it was the most useful field-trip she has ever experienced on behalf of her students.
